Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with your UPS or MAIL tracking number, so you can track your package. If you have not received a tracking number please email using the email form on the Contact Page.

Note: We need your accurate billing name, address and phone, shipping name, address and phone, and EMAIL ADDRESS. If we cannot contact you about a problem, your order will not be processed in a timely manner.

• Canada EXPRESS MAIL shipping takes 7-10* business days $30.00**
• International shipping takes 8-14* business days $35**

** We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by Customs for International deliveries.

*Order Processing: Your order will be processed within 1-12 hours during normal business hours of you placing your order. At such time your item will be either UPS or EXPRESS MAIL shipped depending on your chosen method of shipping on your order form.

*Please Note Holiday Shipping: During the holidays there may be delays. Due to specific holiday schedules. Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as these orders must be verified.

We do require, however, that the returned wig be in new condition with the original tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item we receive for return has been worn, or the tags removed, the item will be deemed unacceptable for return. We reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. All packaging for product must be in tact and not damaged in any way.

Returns must be requested within 5 business days of receipt of product(s) and be authorized from Our Wigs™. To request an Authorization for Return you must e-mail your request using the email form on the contact page. You will receive an e-mail including return shipping address and instructions.

This Return Policy also describes the Exchange Policy, with the following additions:
   - Exchanges may be made only if your product is eligible.
   - If a product is exchaned for a more expensive product, Customer is resonsible for amount due.
   - Any exchanged product is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
